For veterans struggling with PTSD, accessing help can sometimes feel overwhelming. The PTSD Coach app, created by the National Center for PTSD and the U.S. Department of Defense, offers veterans an easily accessible tool to manage symptoms, learn more about PTSD, and find additional resources.
This app allows users to track symptoms, find coping strategies, and get access to crisis support. It’s not a replacement for therapy, but it’s a helpful supplement for veterans who need support between therapy sessions.
