Responsibilities
Conduct initial assessments and ongoing evaluations to determine clients’ mental health concerns and treatment goals.
Provide evidence-based therapy interventions, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and mindfulness-based techniques.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to each client’s unique needs and circumstances.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records, progress notes, and treatment documentation.
Requirements
Master’s or doctoral degree in counseling psychology, clinical social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field.
Current state licensure as a therapist (LMFT, LPC, LCSW, or equivalent) with a minimum of [X] years of clinical experience.
Proficiency in conducting psychotherapy sessions using evidence-based modalities.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Qualifications Required:
Master’s degree in Nursing with a specialization in Psychiatry.
Current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license.
A minimum of 5 years of experience working with complex psychiatric cases, including experience in addiction, consultation-liaison psychiatry, and management of treatment-refractory cases.
Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a multidisciplinary team.
